Refund Policy

B2B Policy: Due to the special nature of wholesale and custom manufacturing (OEM/ODM), we generally do not accept returns due to ‘change of mind.’

Defective Products: If you receive goods with manufacturing defects or quality issues, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. You must provide clear photos and a detailed description of the problem.

Solutions: For verified quality issues, we will resolve the matter according to the severity of the problem and through mutual consultation.

Order Cancellation: Orders for custom (OEM) products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
